We translate mission, vision and strategy into a KPI tree, map your key funnels and name the decisions (and potential AI use cases) that really drive growth. This way, we highlight the crucial decisions, which we can then support with the necessary data so that you can make better decisions tomorrow than today.

KPI tree co-creation

Together, we make the translation: mission → strategic pillars → critical success factors → KPI. This is how we create practical insight.

Prioritising funnels

After validating the KPI tree, together we identify the 3-5 funnels. We choose the one with the highest priority.

Decision schedule

We work out the decisions in the funnel using the decision diagram and find the right data to go with it. These are the knobs you can turn.

What is the investment for this step?

From €12,500 (excl. VAT) for the core process. Depending on the scope (number of funnels, number of sessions), we agree on a fixed price or work with a modular package.

Add-ons: additional funnels, stakeholder workshops, AI deepening sessions.

How many funnels are we picking up?

We recommend working iteratively and working out and implementing 1 funnel at a time to achieve the greatest impact in the short term. After full elaboration, we move on to the next funnel.

Where does AI fit into this picture?

For each funnel, we name AI use cases with clear labels, training dates and evaluation criteria. We deploy AI only if it demonstrably improves decision quality or cycle time.

What is the lead time?

Depending on stakeholder availability: usually 2-4 weeks from intake to delivery.

Who should attend the sessions?

Process owners, data/IT, finance/commerce and someone with ultimate responsibility for the KPIs.

What do we get at the end?

A decision agenda with KPI tree, the funnels within your company identified, the most important funnel elaborated and visualised, elaborated decision diagrams of all decisions in that funnel forming the basis for data analysis, data points identified.
