Inspiration & knowledge
The trainer will take you through a solid framework of concepts, inspiring best practices and lessons learned from over 20 years of BI and AI projects, tailored to your context.
Active working session
In teams, you identify crucial decisions, explore how they can be made data-driven and formulate immediately applicable improvement actions.
Program (example)
The inspiration session takes 3 hours and can be organised in the morning or afternoon. Based on your specific needs, the content and format can be adapted.

Who is this session for?
This in-company session is suitable for diverse audiences and will be fully tailored to your context. From boards, MTs and managers to data analysts, process owners and operational teams: anyone who wants to discover how AI and data can actually create value will get valuable insights from it.
We only organise this inspiration session in-company, so that we can fully focus the content on your challenges and ambitions.

How does the session fit into the Diamond Decisions method?
With Diamond Decisions, we don’t start with tooling, but with decisions. So that you can quickly expect concrete results. The inspiration session is step 1 of the 4 and provides the breeding ground for the three subsequent steps:
Diamond Inspirations (this session): we create support and a shared language.
Diamond Business Modeling: we translate the mission into a KPI tree. We identify the funnels with the highest priority in your organization. We then elaborate these with a complete Decision Map (who decides what in this funnel, on what signal, for what purpose).
Diamond Data Analytics: we retrieve the data from the source systems needed to support the decisions from step 2 and store it with a solid yet lightweight data foundation (using diamondDWH® or your existing stack) and deliver the minimum reliable signals.
Diamond Decision Makers: we verankeren het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen met een strak PDCA-ritme aan de hand van training, coaching en co-creatie.

How big is the group ideally?
Max 30 people. If the group is larger, we work with subteams or plan two sessions.

Is this session part of the Diamond Decisions program or can I also take it separately?
Over the past few years, we have had the pleasure of organising this session for dozens of companies and its value has been proven time and again. That is why it is now a permanent part of our Diamond Decisions method. The session can also be purchased separately, but if you want quick results in practice and want to keep up the momentum for data-driven work, we recommend taking the entire program.

Can this be remote or hybrid?
We only facilitate this session physically at your location.

Can the session also be focused only on BI or AI?
Depending on your situation and goals, we will always adjust the focus of the session. But as BI and AI are inseparable and interdependent, both will always be included in the session.
