Diamond Decisions has a strong proposition, a proven methodology and growing client demand, especially within the SME+ and non profit sector. We are now looking for someone who is able to build the commercial structure to match our current phase and future growth. Our ideal colleague is someone who is able to fine tune the sales process and knows how to attract our ideal clients in creative ways. Someone who understands that selling a multi-step service like Diamond Decisions starts with trust and understanding. Preferably someone who knows the field of data-driven working, BI, AI or process optimization, or is willing to learn, and are comfortable in conversations with directors and management teams.

What you will do
You further design Diamond Decisions’ commercial structure: from positioning and channels to proposal approach, closing and follow up/ relation management. You independently lead conversations with directors and decision-makers at small- to-midlevel organizations about their data and decision-making ambitions in the beginning of the sales proces. You work closely with our consultants to translate propositions to each client’s specific situation and include them around the table when you see an opportunity arise. You build a pipeline, manage relationships and identify opportunities to grow within existing accounts.

What you bring
- At least 5 years of demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably in consultancy, SaaS or another knowledge-intensive service.
- Affinity with the field: you don’t need to be a data engineer, but you know what a data warehouse is and understand our methodology.
- You are used to working independently and don’t need to wait for a playbook, you write it yourself.
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales trajectories.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Availability:
32–40 hours per week
Salary indication:
€ 4.000 – € 5.500 + variable component
Location:
Hybrid — Utrecht and at client sites
Calendar:
25 days annual leave based on full-time
